The roof of our room started leaking badly suddenly. There was a hole in the ceiling and I think that when someone takes a shower upstairs it leaks straight into the living room of room no.5. I tried to write the property but no response until the next morning. There is just nobody to talk to. When they replied they claimed it was a new problem but one look at the ceiling was enough to see this hole wasn’t created in a day. We were 4 guests yet we got only 2 towels (again no staff available to help with that) The apartment was not clean and full with people’s hair. We were very disappointed.

The windows are facing an inner patio so you don’t have privacy. Not much natural light.
