“Can’t fault the stay at all. Great location great hotel.”

The best

The first noticeable thing was how friendly the staff were. We requested an early check in and arrived 2 hours earlier than that due to flight changes and they readied a room for us immediately, keeping us lubricated and stress free with champagne at reception. There was one lady handling the restaurant for the majority of our trip (Wednesday-Sunday) and her service was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean with a good powerful shower, and the cleaning team got the rooms restored very quickly and non invasive, sometimes they’re in there all day. Cheap pints and good quality coffees, and the restaurant food is of a high quality. I’d recommend the lamb chops, spider crab salad and the broken eggs.

To be improved

The pool is a little bit smaller than it looks. However that’s not to say we didn’t like it, because we did. They operate on a 1 hour booking system which ensures it doesn’t get overcrowded and you can take your drinks up there too.

“Great hotel inside the city with underground parking”

The best

Great hotel with a pool (be careful though, you have to book your slot in advance, which we didn't know before getting there!) and a parking. Parking was 20€/day. The room was ok.

To be improved

No lift to get to your room so if you have heavy luggage be careful. The hotel was also noisy, people were loud in the hallways (one night I even thought there were renovations/drillings being made in the hallway? Maybe someone got stuck outside their door?), we stayed at the hotel for two nights and there were two concerts on these two nights, so it was rather noisy as well. We also didn't know we had to book a slot for the swimming pool. The hotel and its lobby was nice, but the surroundings weren't amazing, it smelled like piss in the streets around the hotel, which was a shame (nothing to do with the hotel, though).

Not enough shelf space or storage space in the room. Meal in the evening was disappointing . Car extremely difficult.
