MI CAPRICHO 170 Beachfront Apartment

Fantastic position. Great location. Sunny balcony great sea view. Easy walk to multiple great restuarants.

The location of the apartment is perfect, half an hour drive from Málaga and twenty minutes from Marbella. The unit has three well separated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The large terrace overlooks the pool and the sea. There are cafes and restaurants in walking distance. There’s a small bar by the pool where they serve drinks and food, which we really liked! The residential area is beautiful, lots of greens and flowers! And the view.. It was great to sit on the terrace watching the waves. Very easy check in and out, the owner is responsive and attentive. What else can I say? Book it, you won’t regret! Thank you for making our stay more memorable!

This is a beautiful second floor apartment. The views are tremendous, it’s the last apartment on the block which gives the property a lovely sense of space, it gets east sunlight as well as south. The balcony is very comfortable and has a lot of shade which was perfect for us. There are 2 beach sun chairs & a sun umbrella stored in the utility room but you do need to bring your own beach towels. The property is well insulated so heard very little from upstairs apartment. It really is a lovely apartment & the view is perfect!

The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated and the view from the huge terrace made us smile every time we looked out from it, we spent a lot of time on the terrace it was like having an extra room. The bouns of the utility room was great for travelling with family it was very well equipped and everything thought of even down to a few washing pods. Lots of storage in all 3 bedrooms and plenty of towels for the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed too including a dishwasher, microwave and decent cutlery and crockery etc. we liked all of these elements and more… as they all made us feel at home, comfortable and relaxed from the second we walked in. The location was spot on for us, beautiful walks along the promenade, restaurants cafes and bars, plus over the main road there’s a lovely supermarket and few shops / restaurants too. We didn’t have a car but just outside was a Bus stop to take you to Fuengirola or Marbella and taxis were efficient and reasonable. Lots of lovely places to eat in the Dona Lola urbanisation a lovely 15 min stroll on the promenade. Mi CAPRICHO was very peaceful, relaxing, gardens were beautiful and very well looked after, the few staff we did meet were friendly and helpful. We rarely go anywhere twice but would really love to return here and would 100% recommend it.
