Professional communication. Convenient key pick-up and drop-off process. The apartment complex is well-maintained, with a beautiful pool area. The apartment is clean

To be improved

One room faces the inner courtyard and is fairly quiet, but the other one faces the highway — it's impossible to sleep without earplugs. The window sound insulation is quite poor. Turning on the kettle trips the circuit breaker. If you're leaving a pan or pot in the apartment, a cutting board would also be a useful addition. If you want guests to feel more at home, it would be simple and inexpensive to leave some basic items like oil, coffee, sugar, salt, etc
