The best

Great place to spend sunny holidays with family or friends. Our host - Luis was very patient and helpful. The best thing for us was that the beach is within a walking distance, so you can pack your stuff and sunbathe on the Albufereta sands in less than 5 minutes. The apartment also has a lovely balcony where you can chat, dine or simply have a cup of your favourite brew while admiring the astonishing views. Finally, the place is conveniently located near a tram station so you can easily get downtown Alicante in about 15 minutes.

The best

In general it was perfect, localisation and the apartament is very practic. We spend last year next to the street and it was too noisy because of tram. In general it was very comfortable staying.
