“Location close to tram stops, shops and restaurants. · Cons: Mini room without air conditioning with a narrow double bed, where you could only sleep with the door open. Due to the shared toilet and light sensors in the hallway, there was a perfect overview of all visits to the toilet by other guests.”

I loved the house, and the host was excellent with us at taking care of all our needs

To be improved

It was nearly impossible to sleep well without an air conditioner. Especially in summer, it's something that definitelly will need to improve

I had the most wonderful stay at Mi Refugio! From the moment I arrived, Margherita made me feel completely at home. She was such an amazing host, always available and ready with fantastic suggestions for exploring Alicante. Thanks to her tips, I discovered some hidden gems around the city that I would have missed otherwise! The B&B itself is simply fantastic, everything is spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces. You can tell there's a lot of care and attention to detail here. The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, making it easy to relax. The common areas are equally inviting, and it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Special tip for motorbike travelers: Mi Refugio offers an internal parking area that’s completely free! It’s super convenient, safe, and I highly recommend it if you’re traveling by motorbike. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Alicante with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it. Thank you, Margherita, for making my trip unforgettable!
