There is no air conditioning just an electric fan which overheated. We discovered the vents were completely blocked with dust, so cleaned it out and it worked, but it was no match to the weather especially in the loft space!

On the 3rd floor without elevator which is no problem but the stairs are too narrow that makes it difficult to walk up and down the stairs. Smell of sewage/shit in the kitchen, not clean at all

It does not have a good Air Conditioning, It’s just a portable very small cooler that does not manage to cool down the apartment. Not recommended for Summer!

No air conditioning, no elevator. The apartment is in the attic and therefore very hot, air conditioning is essential in summer even if Burgos has a mild climate

I have no complaints, but the refrigerator didn't work. Only the freezer part was working. In the summer or for a longer stay a good working refrigerator is very necessary.

The air conditioning unit and mini-fan were in no way adequate for the heat in Burgos in August. One sleeping place, a double mattress upstairs under the roof in a space with no windows was simply unusable. The wifi didn't work either. And the photos give the impression that the apartment is in a different building. A photo of the actual building it's in would have been helpful.
