“Flat was perfect for one person. I stayed for a month and cooked a lot of my own meals. So close to the Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences, I enjoyed a lot of running and walking in the area and felt very safe! The beach was close (less than 30 min walk) and so was the city centre. There was also a supermarket (Consum) immediately next door. I can't fault my stay here :) All of the staff were friendly and helpful and there were plenty of areas to study. The free gym was a great bonus also! · Cons: There was no frying pan or knife for cooking. This isn't a complaint as I understand it is self catering accommodation for students who are expected to bring their own things, just a heads up for any other travellers who are visiting for an extended period. I easily got the stuff I was missing from the DIY shop next door!”

It was pleasant and comfortable staying at this residence. The staff was very cooperative, especially the Director, Carmina is very kind and professional.

Too many students in the building, they can be wild sometimes :) But it’s not too bad. Besides the management takes quick action.
