“Excellent place, very surprising! For a student residence, it's amazing! A real 4* hotel, with everything - almost non stop reception, big, nice rooms, with fridge and TV. Large bathrooms too. Good curtains to block the sun. Big desks so you can also work. Cafeteria/restaurant, laundry room, board games, gym - everything! Plus, the location, which is perfect, close to everything. The reception staff is very friendly and supportive, the manager is very hands on and a great lady! The only regret is that it is open for tourists only in the summer. · Cons: The AC was very light and was not coping with some very hot days. Luckily, the manager provided us with a ventilator too, so the matter was solved. Just as a note, soap/shampoo is not provided, but it was not an issue for us.”

“Perfect location and great value”

The best

Great value. Very close to the the bus station and the tourist sites like the arco. It’s a student residence but the room feels like a hotel. Very very clean and well maintained. Note that they don’t provide soap or shampoo which is fine with me because I carry my own. The lady at the reception was very pleasant.

“Horrible”

The best

Big nice room, with comfortable bed and a small refrigerator. Close to the centre and to the bus station.

To be improved

There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. The towels where dirty. But the worst of all was that the shower had only hot boiling water. By the time I realised this, the reisepsionist had left, and I was stuck with a room where I couldn’t get a shower after a long day.
