“The position was great, next to the intermodal bus station where I could catch the bus to the airport next morning. The room is very essential, but anyways clean and comfortable. The check-in was also fast and easy.”

Lovely modern, clean accomadation. Easy check in and nice friendly staff.

To be improved

The location was a bit out of the city but the tram was beside it so no problems getting around.

The best

Everything was great, the room is very big, and so is the kitchen. They tell you in advance that there is no utensils in the kitchen to cook with. They room has big windows. the bathroom is big and clean. They let us check in early and they let us keep our bags at reception for the rest of our last day.

To be improved

There was a constant wierd smell for the toilet. We suspect it is the sewer water in the toilet that makes the whole bathroom smell really bad, unfortunately.

“The room is lovely and clean. You get use of the gym and it's close to everything I needed at that time. · Cons: There was a huge group of 34 students to check in, which is fine, I get it, I am a teacher too. But their processes can't handle that; only one computer has a scanner (by the way Spanish law does not require scan of passport), plenty of people had to come back to have their key cards reset and actually mine never worked so I was given one from a member of staff. There were 4 members of staff and 3 were rude: instead of apologising for the wait, acknowledging poor processes and perhaps offering water or a chair, they just said: well you're welcome to stay in a hotel. Another member of staff actually rolled her eyes like a teenager. The customer service was genuinely unparalleled rudeness. Shame, I have been in Spain for 3 weeks and loved every moment. Luckily these guys were the exception but a poor end.”
