Location, nice kitchen and front room.

Heating only worked downstairs. Even turning the thermostat up upstairs made no difference. We had no heat, so all rooms upstairs at night were very cold. We had to take extra duvets and covers for the guests. WiFi signal doesn’t reach all of the rooms upstairs. Glass coffee table in front room is a bit of a shin basher, even when moved out of the way. Rooms very basic and could do with a few more mirrors in several of the rooms and perhaps a table space for ladies to sit and put make-up, dry/style hair.

Lack of mirrors and plug sockets in bedrooms. Hot water ran out a couple of times. Not enough cooking pots and pans.
