“Nice apartment, poor organisation from owner”
The best

Beautiful apartment and very spacious

To be improved

Very poorly equipped with small things being forgotten. No bathroom floor mats, and hazardous tiled floors with shower leaks making it very slippery. No oven gloves, tea towels or dish cloths in the kitchen. The owner suggested we use a bathroom towel, which we were using as floor mats due to lack of provision. Informed that we could access the property online at 3pm, a text in the morning suggested the cleaners may need an extra hour. We did not gain access for another 2 hours after normal check in. On our final day we cleaned and left the apartment before 11am as requested in the booking details, I then received a text message from the owner the following day to say we could have a late check out. We were already back in the uk by the time he texted.
