If i was to comment anything it was a surprise no microwave, but it didnt matter, and wifi a little weak, but location is maybe the reason, but again it didnt spoil our stay.

The fact we had to pay 200 euros directly into a bank account before arriving. I understand security deposits are necessary but it would be more convenient to pay via credit card as you have to wait 7 days upon return to have it sent back to your bank account, then we lost £16 due to the exchange rate.

The constant drilling from the house next door that is being renovated . They started filling the skip with rubble at 8 o'clock and the drill started at 9 and went on till 3/4 in the afternoon. This could go on for a good while as the whole house is being renovated .

Size of the balcony is great however the furniture all needs replaced. No sunbeds & only 1 rocking chair to sunbathe on so we had to share! Sofa set is dirty & needs replaced and table on table set is all rusty & needs replaced or at least a table cover supplied. 4 Faulty electrical sockets which are extremely dangerous but as my husband is an electrician we new just to avoid them. Getting asked for a deposit 5 days before trave was a bit inconvenient & should be requested at least 2 weeks before holiday to take stress out. One week home & I had to request the refund of the deposit & now need to send bank details so agent has had our 200 euros for 23 days.

Whilst the large balcony was excellent a shaded area would have made the balcony even more pleasant. We noticed that there were a number of the owners belongings in various places which made things feel a little awkward at times. We would have liked comfortable seating in the living area rather than a day bed to watch tv on and relax. There is definitely a plumbing issue in the small shower room with the washing machine as an unpleasant smell came from there but this was highlighted on our departure so maybe this has been dealt with. Parking can be tricky.
