Stains on sofa .Cigarette burn on sofa ! Stains on bed mattress .Unbareably hot inside like a tin shed .No air con in bedroom !.Security steel door ???? Why .Huge metal window grates why ??? Non english speaking owner who you cant complain too !.Sheet of manky plywood holding up worn out sofa cushions .Water left in cooler warm and undrinkable possibly dangerous to drink .Badly insulated so unbareably hot as sun on it directly all day .Inefficent air con we simply couldnt work .Owner didnt bother to put on air con before we arrived so couldnt stand inside for more than 5 minutes ! Owner blankly refused to come and help .We felt very unsafe due to the very high security on windows and solid steel door with multipoint lock why ??? like a prison .Coming home late at night you have to put in a 6 digit code to get in not if you have had a few beers. Standing there trying to get in im sure it will be one of the many pick pockets , mugging paradise areas .Its rife in benidorm police not interested to help .Owner has 2 security cameras to one side and behind you so watches your every move (we have photos taken by the owner himself to prove it why ??? Luxury more like big brother ! .Old 1970,s style sheets pillows etc id have to buy new pillow cases and sheets its so uninviting .We blankly refused to stay .After around an hour we packed up and left no way where we going to stay .Big signs inside stateing turn lights off ! Turn air con off no smoking ????? when you go out like prison as you are being watched 24 hours a day .No idea who or how this place got its reviews ??? Does the owner know what luxury means this certainly isnt luxury look it up in a dictionary ! We are now fighting with booking.com to get full refund they have refused and are useless .our credit card company taken over as they are utterly useless !. Simply the worst companyyto deal with who simply shrug you off or put the phone down on you after waiting 22 minutes to complain ! Look at phot

Location wasn’t great spot on for the beach and the strip it’s just your in the middle of a shopping centre I reckon in mid season it would be loud on a night other than that great.
