Property needs a little tidying up and the padlock provided in an attempt to secure the room door was so fiddly to use that I left the door unlocked.

The reliability of the manager.(late to receive us) It was to be at 3pm and someone arrives at nearly 4pm. We should be advised that it is in a flat in the Madrid s suburb. No one is at the place to receive you a part from the cleaner...poor lady it is not her job to answer all your questions...each time she has to ring her boss..(if there is WiFi,what is the WiFi s keys.....wheredo we leave the key when we are leaving....) Thr place need a bit of fixing....painting, fixing the doors The place could be fixed to get a better feeling when you arrive. You should be advise what bus you need to take when you come from the airport. They should send you a map from the stop to go to the place.it is a bit complicated when you Don t have internet on your phone.
