“Cons: My girlfriend was robbed inside our hotel room during our one-night stay from July 20 to 21. Around €250 was taken from her wallet, which was inside her bag. There were no signs of forced entry, so it’s likely someone with a key card entered the room. She called the hotel as soon as she noticed, and the staff said the manager would contact her — but that didn’t happen. She called again the next day and spoke to the manager, who only said they would look into it. There was no follow-up, no explanation, and no real concern. The only thing the manager said was that the hotel is not responsible for the missing money. We’re extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and communication. ⚠️ Please be cautious when booking this hotel.”

The best

Lovely staff that were so friendly and helpful and always had a welcoming smile on their face each day. The cleaning staff was the best we have seen...the place was so hygienic and spotless and our room was cleaned to the highest standards...hard working staff who were always working hard...the cafeteria was lovely as well with good choice of food and friendly staff.

To be improved

The only thing that we were dissappointed with was the TV channels in our room were all in German...i think there should be English channels as well especially in the evening time when you want to watch a movie or get the news.....perhaps the partiton screens on the balcony could be solid as opposed to the one'es that are there where you can see clearly the person next door to you...solid partitions would give you more privacy while sitting out on your balcony and would be easier to clean for the cleaning staff.
