The washroom and bathroom is very small but serves the purpose. Arrangement foe keys is very very inconvenient especially when you are travelor it's always the luggage that you carry. The keys are available at a different location, few blocks away in a store which is a upward walk (especially very painful when you have luggage along) from where the apartment is located. Also the store opens only at 11 AM and in my case I could not leave the luggage at the store after check out cause I had to travel to the exhibition so travelled with the luggage as there was no other provision to leave my bags. Worst part was I had to come back from the exhibition back to the apartment with the luggage traveling with me to collect my deposit which is taken as a security. This being a commercial apartment the following c Scenarios need to be considered so this trouble and inconvenience is not faced by travelers. After requesting also it was told strictly that the store will only open by 11AM and not before. It was an inconvenience to the core especially due to the rigidity and being a traveler it causes immense Hassel. It needs better management and understand the traveller's situation too.
