Bed and pillows was basic quality . Apartments being built opposite so quite noisy but just closed bedroom window.

We were met at the apartment and no problems checking in.

To be improved

The bed was very poor. For two adults it was a small and very uncomfortable double bed. We had to use the sofa bed but no bed covers. After numerous emails we got them 2 days later. Included in the price was a charge of €60 for cleaning. We stayed for two weeks and cleaners came mid-holiday and all we got was refresh towels and bed linen. The cleaning charge is for after you leave, so no apartment cleaning. This very much let the apartment down. I have been to El Cotillo many times and will continue to holiday there but for the sake of a good nights sleep, I won’t be booking this apartment..
