“Location was good and convenient, the place was clean · Cons: There were no lifts. So we had to walk up to level 2 from the ground floor. It was alright except when we had to carry our luggage. There was a washing machine but we were only given 1 washing capsule which was not enough as we were there for 4 days The air condition in the master room wasn’t working very well. The air wasn’t cold enough especially during the summer heat”

To be improved

The best

On arrival to Seville, I received whatapp messages as stated to keep Minty updated of our arrival time. A pleasant young lady met us outside of the property and took us to the apartment showing us around and explaining the check out procedure. Loved the location of the property, the feeling of safety, as in a gated courtyard and facilities at the property. The communication between Minty Stay was also was very good as they kept intouch from the time we made our booking to arriving in Seville and whilst at the property.

To be improved

We were a little disappointed as there was no safe at the property as stated and the stairs, as the property is on the third floor, were tiring for me after walking around Seville all day so would not be suitable for anyone less active or who suffers from mobility issues

Having to put out the rubbish into the street bins. No directions where to find them. Going around in circles looking for them

The beds were very firm so we did not sleep well. There was also a smell from the sewers at times. The apartment is not sound proof so we often heard noise from neighbours.

The best

Apartment is a good size and is exactly as shown in all the photos. Good size living /dining room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is close to the city centre but very quiet at night. Felt safe going out, with lots of local restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Only thing missing is local information in the apartment.

“A wonderful stay for 3 people in a premier location,”

The best

The location is unbeatable - a 5 min walk to the gorgeous Gothic Cathedral. It’s warm, comfortable and the lovely staff made everything easy. It is up 2 flights of stairs but that was fine for us. We liked staying in a local, residential building. Also, so close to Bar Alfalfa that we loved- and they had vegetarian food!
