“The hotel was amazing. The TV in the bedroom allowed us to access Netflix, Disney, YouTube, so the kids could be amused when indoors. The entertainment where fun, and seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs and gave it their all. The water park was good fun for the kids, but water was very cold and very salty. Also, I was told the water park was closing for good on the 17th May. The food was amazing, always something for everyone, paella, fresh fruit, nuggets, chips, breads, cheeses and meats the list was amazing. The food was always hot, and there was access to pizzas, sandwiches, burgers between meals if you missed a sitting too. The hotel also provided us with a plate of cold food for when we arrived as we arrived late. · Cons: The water at the hotel in their swimming pool was very cold. Very isolated location, the hotel do put on a bus to Punta Prima, but there isn't much there, we would have liked to been able to stroll somewhere, but that's just preference. The beds were very uncomfortable, meaning bad backs and lack of sleep 😴 they are very hard.”

“With few “don’t like” things I would recommend the hotel for the calm and nice vacation.”

The best

Location was good, free transfer to the beach Punta Prima, also easy to get from airport to the hotel (bus 10 and 92). Staff was very friendly. Aquapark was perfect.

To be improved

Rooms are little bit old, however were clean. The worst part was waiting almost every time to go to the restaurant, whether breakfast/lunch/dinner. Restaurant is having lower capacity than guests and also every guest need to tell the room number prior going to the restaurant, therefore always waiting in line. Same applies for bar near pool.

“Everything you need, lovely staff, great views!”

Very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely sea and pool view, could see the evening entertainment from our balcony! We were very happy with our stay and it was amazing that the Waterpark was literally a 30 second walk away across the road. Free parking for our hire car. Brilliant place to stay!

To be improved

Only bad points from the whole experience was the shower is very small and the beds are hard - we did wake up with a sore back. Other than that it was very lovely there.

We had a perfect stay in Minura Sur! Staff were all very friendly and helpful; room was spacious and clean; food was fresh and there were plenty of different options; the water park and the activities were a plus for our little one.
