The best

The hotel had an excellent bed - the most important thing I needed from a hotel. Also, they provided an electric tea kettle when I asked for it, which was a very welcome addition to the room's facilities. The hotel is right across the street from the train station, so it is very convenient from the transportation perspective.

To be improved

The shower had no door. I never understood what kind of perverted logic goes into making such "design decisions". Also, there were no ceiling lights in the room, so the room was pretty dark at night, to the point that I could not read. Finally, I was not impressed by the breakfast.

“Really clean and friendly. Close to ferry port and train station.”
The best

The hotel put us up last minute when we had problems with our train from Algercias to Madrid. Really lovely clean hotel right opposite the station and very close to the ferry port. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Close to the ferries. Nice hotel with good underground parking, just drive into the bus area and turn right to go down the ramp

The areas of town is a little run down , being right next to the port

“Spacious and clean room”
The best

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel staff was very friendly. There is a large parking lot next to the hotel.

To be improved

The hotel's surroundings are very neglected. Our room overlooked a large parking lot, which was horribly dirty. We have never seen such filth in Europe, but the hotel can't do anything about it.
