“A comfortable stay with an incredible view, great internet, and a responsive host”

The best

The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. The internet was exceptional—fast and reliable, perfect for both streaming Netflix and remote work, with great Wi-Fi coverage throughout. The host was very responsive, answering within minutes. The heated pool was a great addition, and both the bedding and private pool were cleaned regularly. Pool is a bit down the stairs, but thankfully there is a baby-proof gate in place. The apartment had air conditioning with heating, a well-equipped kitchen, and everything needed for the first few days of the stay. The beds were large and comfortable. While we didn’t use the garage due to its narrow entrance, there was plenty of parking space outside.

To be improved

The complex has extremely steep roads (like manual transition cars having trouble getting up steep). I was on crutches after knee surgery and it was very hard to get out of the apartment and back. So even though some things are in walking distance, it's hard to walk, especially back. Better to have a car or use a taxi. The community pool was too cold to use, and while the private pool was heated, it only reached 19°C (sometimes 17), so it was usually a bit colder than the ocean, but still nice. Due to the mountain location, it was generally colder, with only an hour or two of sun per day. Appliances are on the older side, with washing machine taking a long time to wash and dryer being not very effective. And generally although bedrooms seem to be renovated, some things are on the older side – one of the windows didn't lock, thankfully there were shutters behind that did. The door handle in one of the bathrooms was loose (this was inspected and we were assured it will be fixed shortly). One of the bedrooms has no windows and a very surprising layout – to get to that bedroom you have to go through another bedroom, closet, then bathroom and you get to the 3rd bedroom. Which makes one of the bedrooms walkthrough, keep that in mind.

Everything is excellent, specially the view. The pool was clean. Great location - supermarket, Siam Park just within 10 mins drive.
