very comfortable apartment. almost like home. all necessary utensils, even a geyser coffee maker. great balcony, nice to look at the ocean in the evening. the location is very good, close to the beach, supermarket nearby. special thanks to the owner of the apartment! a million hearts to his karma! we arrived the day before my friend's birthday and he decorated the apartment beautifully and dessert and champagne were waiting for her! he set the mood for us for the entire period of the holiday. He was always in touch, helped to call a taxi in the morning! this is almost a relative relationship. next time we will only stay here!

Comfortable and homely apartment with amazing views of the surfers and the Alfredo Kraus. Convenient for shops and restaurants. Would definitely return and recommend.

Jesús is the owner of this apartment and he is a real gent. He met us outside the building and brought us in and showed us around the apartment, letting us know everything about the apartment. The property faces the sea and what a wonderful view, you can see for miles from this top floor apartment. It has a good size balcony that catches the evening sun and can sit four people easily. The living room is spacious with a very large TV with Netflix (you will have to change to your language to watch). The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, washing machine, a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There are two good size bathrooms with showers. The bedroom is a good size with a large window with blackout blinds which are handy to keep out the morning sun and it also has a TV to watch if your filling lazy. Overall the apartment is very clean and well kept. There is ample shopping very close by, the shopping center has a good variety of restaurants also and it's only about 200 meters away from the apartment. There are a few takeaway or sit in restaurants in the street at the back of the building which are quite good. We can say that we had a wonderful stay, a home from home and we hope to be back again soon. Thank you Jesús for a wonderful stay. David and Maureen

The apartment was in an excellent location with parking, buses, shops and restaurants within any easy walk. We felt very much at home and Jesus was a great host.

Spacious apartment in wonderful location. Great view of the sea , the promenade and the auditorium from the balcony. Shopping centre and buses are at the door step. Very quiet and safe residence complex. Ideal base to enjoy and explore Las Palmas. The apartment has all you will possibly need, lots of cooking utensils, even yoga mat. Perfect for holidays. Highly recommend.
