Water is very hard (limescale). I saw other reviews complained about low water pressure. The issue is not with the pressure rather the lack of limescale removal from the bathroom fittings. The bathroom shower head was broken and full of limescale, as well as the tap aerator, both was very was inconvenient to use. I replaced bathroom shower head with the one on the terrace, it was a bit better but still full of limescale. In the kitchen i saw the aerator was already removed by someone. Both should be replaced, this will fix the "pressure" issues. Also these are need to be cleaned every 3-6 months with vinegar and there will be less/no complaints about the water "pressure". The toliet was also leaking somewhere, (i think between the water tank and the base) probably needs to be resealed.

Indeed, there are a lot of water-related issues: - shower pressure is extremely low - shower is leaking - toilet flush was blocked a couple of times (had to adjust manually) - kitchen tap impossible to regulate - washing-mashine was wet and stinking. Also, half of the window blinds are broken. Definitely, some must-hane repairs are needed.

The following is more for information than any real issues. The layout was a little strange, with steps between the different areas, but all as shown in the pictures. We were provided with a keycode for the door to the apartment which worked fine, but there is a locked gate at the entrance to the apartments and you have to contact the property manager to get them to release the lock remotely when you first arrive which isn't ideal. There is then a key for the gate in the apartment. We were lucky and someone held the gate for us as they went out so no problems like some other guests have mentioned. The water pressure varied a bit but the shower was ok whilst we were there (the water is quite hard so the shower heads may block). The toilet cistern stopped filling at one point, but only temporary. Was quite warm inside but ok with the fan on.

Very very poor water pressure in bathroom it was very annoying during our one week stay. We contacted the host company with this problem and with some other requests, they rejected them all. For me it is an average apartment that is not value for the money. Sometimes small attitude can make a big effect. Sending big hug 🤗

The attitude of the remote staff was unacceptable. It all started right at the check-in, when their application for accessing the apartment did not work, and the lady on the phone said it must be our fault, because she sees that "the electronic key was generated and working". All while we're just standing with luggage at a closed front gate, in disbelief. The property was listed as a 4-guest apartment, yet there was a single double bed with a single set of sheets and a smaller living room bed without any sheets. When confronted with this, first, one of the staff ladies told me over the phone that they'll look into this, but then they simply said there was nothing they can do. They never answered any of my numerous phone calls and messages. They just stopped responding at all three phone numbers listed. We also found out very soon that the toilet flush wasn't working and there was no hot water in the bathroom tap.
