The best

Room was basic but very clean and comfy beds and good air con. Amazing views, great DJ in the evening, hotel was very clean throughout. Reception staff and pool staff were great and the setting is really good.

To be improved

Staff in the dining room were not as helpful or happy as in the rest of the hotel but they still did a very efficient job. The food was a bit basic and most of it was very cold at dinner. Breakfast was better though, with enough choices and some good food. The food would be ok for 2 or 3 days as there was enough of a choice but personally, we would get bored of it quickly and would want to eat a hot meal.

The view was amazing, great location and buffet.

Pool closes early at 8pm. Staff member chargers is $25 for dinner although it was supposed to be free later learned he pocket the money for himself

Breakfast OK and I liked checking on the 4 birds in the avairy in the morning with my juice and cigarette as I woke up All the staff ( I spoke to every single one I think LOL) are very friendly and attentative and happy to help or chat and share a joke Very, very clean which was great (and I am very particular!!!) and a nice, cool room and comfy bed at night ! Pool OK, but nothing else to do in the hotel : ( and also nothing nearby

Dogs allowed in the hotel..... I did not like being woken up at 8 AM, on holidays by yapping and barking dogs... especially on a Sunday !! Also, I witnessed random people coming in the back gate to use the pool- not fair for paying hotel residents who have to struggle to find sunbeds. These issues definatly need to be addressed !
