The sea view and quiet area.

To be improved

General feeling of damp at times.Curtains had holes in. Patio doors both needed a good clean.Couldn’t see out through them most of the time. Mould was apparently around window frames. No plug in the kitchen sink. The whole place needs a bit of sprucing up. The outside terrace on the second floor needs maintenance

The best

The location is very good. A very beautiful part of Lanzarote but quiet. Everything closes around 11pm. Excellent destination for Surfing.

To be improved

The property is covered in Ants. I had to leave after 2 Days into a 5 day stay as I found Cockroaches in my bed. Lovely property but needs to sort out its infestation of Ants in particular. Still waiting for part refund as I had to leave and find another apartment. Very disappointing.
