The property was modern, super clean and a great location for the beach and all facilities in the centre of Santa Pola.

To be improved

We enjoyed everything- there is alot of stairs to get up to the apartment but that isn’t a major issue - it does say there in stairs in the description.

“Greate place for family ot Santa Pola”

The best

Well renovated, very clean. Perfect location at the centre of Santa Pola. About 3 -5 min walk to the the beach. Exceptional manager Katrin. Possible to order transfer from/to airport.

To be improved

Nothing. It’s really 73 stairs without elevator, but I’m 70 and it was not a big problem for me ;-)

All neccessary equipment there. Enough space. Good quality A/C. Good beds and linens.

5 flight of narrow stairs… good exercise though! Water pressure a bit weak.

“Nice apartment - great location”

The best

Apartment was nicely furnished and clean. Location was central for everything i.e. beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Katrin was quick to respond to texts and her son Sergio was such a gentleman, met us at the airport and carried our heavy suitcase up the many flights of stairs, he along with Katrin was always on hand if there was an issue.

To be improved

Pillows in the bedroom were not comfortable and would suggest investing in some feather pillows. The 73 steep steps to climb up to the apartment was not a joy and so thankful Sergio was at hand bringing up the suitcase.

Apartment was v clean and modern. Washing machine and dishwasher etc. V close to the beach.

No elevator but went home fitter than we arrived.
