Clear instructions how to open the doors. Big balcony.

To be improved

Most of the facilities looked shabby. And the ones I tried to use were broken. The washing machine didn't work, the drying rack was broken.

“Really ideal situation for short 10 minutes walk into the Centre.”

Absolutely idéal for short stay. Confortable bed. Large bath towels great! Use of garage to park car was a bonus with access to garage from inside APPARTMENT.

To be improved

No complaints BUT missed not having a bottle opener!!

Access to apartment good.

Freezing cold, heating not on when we arrived. Underfloor heating not warm till following morning when we left. Appt not to same standard as photos, misleading. Door hanging off kitchen cupboard. No kettle and crockery/cutlery in poor condition and in short supply. Not enough towels and were not acceptable. Bedding poor. Not enough warm bedding. We were asked, after we left, for extra money for dog which we weren't aware we had to pay! Overall very disappointed.
