That was the full luxory apartman in Gran Canaria i loved this apartman so so much!!! Clean and super modern.

To be improved

Only a little thing is in the master bedroom the window not close properly and the water from the shower go out under the window. But it’s not much!

The best

Nice view from the big windows, which made the room quite bright. Well equipped bathroom, quite good furnished kitchen including some very rare equipment, like blender. Comfortable bed, normal furniture. There is a possibility for tracking directly from the door. In principle, the apartment was quite OK, especially for the price that we've paid.

To be improved

The communication with the host was sporadic (after we were let in), none of our questions was solved. The window could not be opened, but still there was some water leakage through it, the curtains have fell down. On the next floor, there was a continuous knocking that was really disturbing in the night. We've got 2 pairs of towels instead of three, our request to obtain an additional one was not met. Although there is a washing machine in the room, it is impossible to dry the washed clothes. The room could be cleaner. There were lacking some basic amenities in the kitchen or not in a proper quantity, many items were too small. For example, we had to fry the meat two times, because the frying pans were too small. The neighborhood is not exactly pretty.

Quiet location, great views, plenty of natural light and well equipped, two TV's, dishes and frying pan was actually usable which was a pleasant surprise.

To be improved

It would be a better grade but the host was the worst host that I have ever met. I understand that this is an agency and they have a lot of apartments, but still...Zero communication after check in. One of the windows is broken and it cannot be opened, and it's not closed properly, so when it's windy (that is always) it is hard to sleep because of the howling sound that wind makes through the gap. Wrote about that to them, no response, no at least "sorry for inconvenience". Also, we asked for an extra blanket or quilt for baby - no response 😔

The best

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to everything one might need. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view that greeted me every morning. It was the perfect backdrop for enjoying my morning coffee and unwinding in the evenings. The apartment itself is well-appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, it provided a conducive environment for working, with ample space and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful time during my stay there. Many thanks to the host for their hospitality!

To be improved

While my overall experience at the apartment was pleasant, there was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay. The hot water supply was somewhat limited due to the small size of the boiler. As a solo traveler, I managed fine, but I can see how it might be insufficient for larger groups of two or three people.
