Customer service. Location. Early check-in. Good value for money.

To be improved

The apartment and visiting experience could be improved with some repairs and adjustments (bathroom, WC) and by adding basic kitchen supplies for everyday use (tea and coffee, salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc.). Being situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator might be a problem for some visitors.

To be improved

The bathroom conditions were extremely disappointing. The shower head was broken, and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. There was no shampoo provided, and there were no coffee or tea supplies. The lady who handed over the house mentioned that these amenities were not included in our agreement. Considering the amount we paid, the facilities and comfort were lacking.
