Miramar Ski Premium

The shower being stuck behind the water that you also have to duck underneath. Not featured in the photos when we booked. Also the electric radiator that wasn’t fixed to the wall at all. Just left leaning against the wall. It fell on my 3 year old daughter. She’s ok but was very shaken up and doesn’t want to go skiing again. She calls it the broken apartment. The various cupboards and drawers are full of all the broken things out of the apartment. Light fixtures and the microwave surround. Not sure what the cables hanging out of the ceiling are from. Hopefully a light not a smoke detector. No bowls in cupboards to eat breakfast cereals etc. when I complained about this I was told to use a cup. Poor response. No kettle which to be fair isn’t on the list but most people would expect in a kitchen.

I was given different accommodation to what I booked very disappointing as it was a one time treat to myself. I was alone and completely away from everything high up which left me isolated in the evenings I ended up stuck in the apartment alone.

The electric is turned off when you arrive meaning you have to wait hours to shower until the small tank heats up which isn’t ideal after a day of skiing, the property wasn’t provided with enough clean bedding ( not enough pillow cases / duet covers which is extremely unhygienic. no kettle provided at the property, no room to place bags / suitcase as smaller than pictures. so definitely wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people stay.
