“Great, but up a VERY STEEP HILL! Not ideal for anyone with disabilities”

The house is nicely furnished and we loved the terrace off the living room and the roof terrace. We needed to ask the staff about a couple of things and they were great . Responded really quickly via both the app and WhatsApp. The facilities in the house were good. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine and an extra toilet downstairs.

To be improved

Unfortunately what wasn't great was the fact that nowhere on the listing did I see that it's located up a very steep hill. As in VERY steep. The path down the hill to the shopping centre winds back and forth like that famous road in San Francisco it's that steep! We used taxis to get up the hill (due to medical reasons) and the taxi drivers were not too happy to take us back. Also, none of the taxi drivers knew where this was even with the address. They said it's not in Fuengirola, it's actually outside of there and classed as a different area. Having a hire car would be great if staying here. Aside from that we had read on booking.com that the pool would be open during our stay (October) , but it wasn't. The pool is actually only open for a few months in the summer. This was a shame as it was still warm enough to use the pool. Just another point to note, the duvets in the 2nd bedroom are far too small (cotbed size, not single) though in single sized duvet covers, so that could be improved.
