The twin single beds could have been more comfortable - pillows were a bit flat. Also storage could have more substantial, shelves would have been more useful than current clothes rack

We were two couples travelling together. The back bedroom is very small with 2 small single beds backing on the courtyard. We had no space for our suitcases and both had to be left in the living room. The mattresses have seen better days. The room has very little ventilation and to get any air the window must be left open which is right above your head. There was a lot of LOUd conversations in the surrounding apartments during the night who also had there windows open ( note this was in October and not a heatwave). Also there were strong cooking smells entering this room into the afternoon and well in to the evening. Unfortunately the soundproofing with the floors above is very poor and it sounded like a herd of elephants above us. In addition a large dog, obviously left alone, barked and ran around continuously one evening for a few hours. Had we not been going out, we would have called the agency. The smell emanating from the open elevator shaft is very unpleasant. We had a brief text conversation with the agency on the lack of dish drying towels and the response from them was not the friendliest and sarcastic. A delivery agency did drop some off.
