The staff were very helpful and kind. Warm atmosphere and felt very safe.

To be improved

Bar closes quite earlier. Small pool area which people lefts towels on loungers all day.

Good location right by the beach. Nice welcome the night that we arrived, even though we arrived quite late they had saved some food for us.

To be improved

cleanliness of the rooms and corridors could be better.

Staff is very helpful and good people, all speak English and more languages. Mui buen!

To be improved

Sometimes keycard not work but maybe it’s because the keys are old, and new ones still haven’t been delivered yet. Though hotel administration is always glad to help you to solve this issue if it appears.
