The best
- The apartment is quite large and quite well equipped;
- Access to the swimming pool in front of the apartment is ok, there are 4 deckchairs and an umbrella marked with M&M;
- The distance to the beach in Portocolom bay is about 300 m, the beach is small, but ok, with sand and a bar/restaurant on the beach;
- There is no parking space for the rented car, but if you park it on the curb, in front of M&M, it is ok, there are no traffic signs that prohibit parking there.
To be improved
The main complaint I have is related to the costs of this property compared to what you find there. At a cost of € 2,393.10 for 14 nights (€ 170.93 for one night) everything should have been perfect, € 170 for one night is a price for an apartment, at a hotel of at least 4 stars or even 5 stars. It is depressing and even frustrating, to take over the apartment late at night, after 3 hours on the plane, an hour lost in Palma Airport (retrieving luggage from the hold of the plane) and another hour on the road with a rental car, and when you get there to you find that you have no soap to wash your hands and no shower gel to take a shower. There is no toilet paper in the toilets. The night in Mallorca is hot, extremely hot, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, neither in the bedrooms nor in the living room, only some fans attached to the chandeliers in the ceiling, which have no chance of cooling the room, extremely disappointing for those who rented the apartment. I repeat, the cost for one night is equivalent to an apartment in a 4 or 5 star hotel (€ 170 per night), it is outrageous for a tourist not to have soap in the bathroom (I don't think it is expensive for M&M to buy approx. € 0.25 from any supermarket), they are elementary hygiene things, which you have to buy yourself, it's revolting. I complained about this over the phone to M&M, and was told that the soap, shower gel and toilet paper are NOT INCLUDED in the price --- DISAPPOINTING ----
If you rent for more than 8 nights, no one from M&M comes to change the towels in the bathrooms or the bed linen (theoretically, you have a washing machine, so you can wash them yourself...BUT!!!. ... you don't have detergent, you have to buy it or if you're lucky there's some detergent left from the tourists staying before you); There is no dish detergent in the kitchen (you have to buy it yourself or if you are lucky, there is some left over from the tourists staying befor you);
