the property is in a great location, super comfy beds and run by a brilliant couple. Astrid provided service above and beyond expectations and we were grateful for her assistance. while the building is a little dated this is not something we mind. for us it is about the location, comfort and people. these were all ideal. Benidorm is a place to be experienced for sure. we were comforted in our choice of apartment and in the communications we received. loved the pool was open, and the bar downstairs. perfect.

My friends flight was cancelled from the UK which I informed the owner, I was very disappointed there was NO lea way for a refund, it was totally out of our control, but nothing.........
