The best

Good facilities at a reasonable price. There were 4 of us staying and it was comfortable . There was good communication from the host prior to our stay. Coffee pods were very welcome.

To be improved

The lock on the door was a concern and at one point we thought we might not be able to get out. The downstairs shower did not get hot.

Location was great and quiet. easy to check in and great communication. We were allowed a slightly later checkout. All facilities were great Coffee pods for machine bonus. Layout was really unusual.

The space was maximized and well laid out especially for an urban apartment. Convenient location to all the attractions without all the noise often associated with it.

The hot water was barely warm enough to take a shower.

Great location, close to lots of things, nice looking apartment - well designed. Comfy beds.

poorly maintained- so many things broken: * Door broken off washing machine cupboard * Broken off skirting boards * Broken ironing board * Dangerous broken cord on lounge room heater * Non working power point in lounge room * Downstairs bathroom tap has come off * Downstairs bathroom shower pulled out of wall * Downstairs shower drain cover loose * Downstairs shower fittings leaking when using overhead shower * Downstairs bathroom shower hot/cold water balance issues Plus cleaning issues: * Recycle bin not emptied * Mouldy / dirty downstairs shower * Food left in freezer And amenity issues: no blinds on upstairs bedroom windows Electronic lock on front door intermittently not working
