“Apartment could be stunning with a small investment”
The best

The Terrence and rooftop were excellent. Apartment was big and plenty of space Easy access to the pools and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance

To be improved

The apartment could be stunning, however it’s tired and needs an uplift Shutters broken / light bulbs out / old crusty shower heads and bath sealant that needs replaced / kitchen is mix and match equipment - it’s all just a little beyond its life span and needs updating especially for the rental cost
