To be improved

No TV. First this was denied & then when sent photo admitted it had just broken down but on reading previous reviews saw it had not been there for over a month. Should have been told beforehand as would not have stayed there. Also bed mattress far too soft & worn out. Had to sleep on the couch. Minimal supplies provided, not even plug for the sink.

The best

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location is great. All tourist sights are very near and in walk distance but public transport is also close, if needed. There is also a small supermarket right next to the apartment. The communication with the host was great and they always responded very quickly to our questions. Would definetly recommend.

“If you really want to stay in Chueca is an average choice”

The location was convenient, as it was close to the city center. The host was responsive and communicative via WhatsApp.

To be improved

The warm water in the shower ran out after one use, though it was fine the next night. No toiletries were provided, and the supply of toilet paper was very limited. I was asked to pay a fee for checking in after 18:00. While I later saw that this was mentioned in the listing, it wasn’t very clear initially. However, an alternative arrangement was made. The main entrance door was difficult to unlock, and using the keys was a constant struggle.
