Modern apartment in Las Americas, LK520 with pool close to the ocean

Swimming Pool was out of service prior to arrival and throughout the stay.

On 1st impressions looks OK but sofa was all stained covered up with a blanket that smelt cushions smelt so I took them off and washed them all as there's a washing machine in the bathroom ( you like u do) lovely 3 bulb light no bulbs big fan doesn't work full dust small fan faulty plug. Towels too small and rough on skin. Tiny iron and faulty wiring. Pool freezing cold outside area wasted only few beds no umbrellas just really needs alittle extra tlc going into it . Theres plenty space outside just doing nothing the shower around pool dont work .The mattress needs throwing like sleeping on brick bedding and pillows need a little more thought it's a 15 min walk to the beach which is OK Would have been nice to be greeted by someone when we arrived and an book in the room explaining everything would be helpful the reception area never opened the whole 10 days we were here. There was no change of towels or bedding in the 10 days
