I didn't like the key indications, our flight was delayed and when we arrived around 2:30 in the morning, we had to stay away for two hours, the key indication was not correct...

Few issues were critical to us hindering from giving max points The entrance of the building has a very strange smell, which wasn’t a good start The bathroom has no ventilation making it smells as well that annoyed me The sink in the bathroom has poor drainage The wifi is not working in the main bedroom All these things have to be fixed for perfection

The bathroom had a horrendous and unbearable smell of sewage. The door had to be kept closed and the windows opened in order to alleviate the smell

The flat is dark as on first floor. There is no natural light in the master bedroom and you hear your neighbours loud and clear though thick walls. The worst thing for us were bugs. Upon arrival there were many small insects in the kitchen and bathroom. After the second day cockroaches came out. It was disgusting especially as we travelled with kids. We haven't even cooked. The property owners were slow in replying and not helpful, they basically asked me to investigate where the bugs come from. I did read previous comments ab cockroaches and approached the owners before our arrival. They assured me the problem has been solved. Well it has not.
