Modern apartment near Pl. España

Disappointing stay- misleading listing and unhelpful host Our stay at this property in Barcelona was far from comfortable. The listing stated that the apartment had four bathrooms, but in reality, there were only two for or a place meant to accommodate up to six people, which was very inconvenient. The check-in and check-out processes were rigid and not in any way flexible. The host did not allow early check-in, late check-out, or even slight delays during checkout (check out was 11 am sharp and the housekeeping arrived at 11:02) There was no flexibility whatsoever, and communication with the host was stressful and difficult. They were unhelpful and even went as far as threatening legal action if we left a negative review and had an unprofessional and condescending attitude. To make matters worse, the apartment was only equipped with two sets of keys, despite being meant for a group of 4–6 people, this made coordinating among us unnecessarily complicated. We also received no offer of compensation or alternative arrangements despite the false listing and the discomfort it caused. Despite the cleanliness and moderate furnishing of the apartment, we would not recommend this accommodation ,especially for a group, unless the listing is updated to reflect the truth and the host improves their attitude toward the guests.
