“Good location. Joana was very responsive and helpful, allowing a slightly later check out. · Cons: There was quite a bit of noise from neighbouring apartments, both after 23.00 and before 07.00. Whilst the apartment was fine, it was very basic. No dishwasher tablets, only one quite small saucepan, the double bed was properly made up, but the twin beds each had a sheet and duvet (without the cover) which didn't feel that hygienic. The description indicated there would be complimentary wine, chocolate or fruit but there was nothing.”

The best

Perfect location! Could be tricky to find parking but there is a parking garage close by as well. We had some issues getting i to the apartment but our history was amazing at solving the issue. The place is renovated and has everything you need

To be improved

The master matras is memory foam, For me that is uncomfortable, other people love it. Just good to know

The best

Bilbao is a beautiful Basque city nestled in the hills along a river. So much to see..and eat! The pintxos was amazing. The apartment is in a perfect location. It is spacious and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. Joana was an amazing host...thank you Joana for making our stay so easy!
