Modern apartment Rosmar iii Alcudia

Price/location/quality. The area around the apartment is not so clean; neighbourhood is old and can use some maintenance and clean up. We expected (according to the pictures) a much more luxury area for the price we paid. Only a few seats next to the swimming pool which were most of the time taken. Only one AC in the living room, not in the bedrooms....we used the ventilatores the bring fresh air to the bedrooms. Low water pressure in the evening, just enough to take a shower. Small terrace, on the foto it looks much bigger. The apartment itself, beds, kitchen, wasmachine, tv etc. were good, but we stayed also in a 3 star aparthotel in pollensa which was way much cheaper and in a five star in calla ratjada which was a little bit more expensive....so the apartment is good, but not for that price (+/-1900 euro for a week) if I compare it with the two hotels we stayed in too.

We didn’t not like anything. The only thing that I can think of for making the stay even better would be more recommendations in the visitors book (restaurants , places to visit, supermarket etc) and that the shower pressure isn’t great which can make getting the sand off after a day at the beach tricky.
