Modern apartment with an addictive terrace view

a safe would be nice for the passports

The apartment wasn't clean when we got there, I had to clean the bathroom from scratch. Only one bed sheets set for each bed, even if we had a washing mashine it was a little difficult to wash them. From the bath there was a bad oddor coming all the time and there were cockroaches in there. When we arrived at the building we waited half an hour for the security guy to come and open the room were the key was, and the same happend when we left, there was no one at the reception and had to wait again for someone to come and open that room.

Drop pen on floor and under sofa lots of dust bottle wedged under. Under bed the same lots of dust.

Lack of ironing board to go with the iron. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacing / adding to I.e a bigger chopping board and a medium sized saucepan. Over the course of the first 2 days we had 5 big cockroaches that we had to capture and release, but we quickly worked out they were coming up the shower drain so when not in use we covered it over and didn’t have any further issues. Not the apartment owners fault but the pool area is a bit disappointing - there are minimal sunbeds of which you have to pay €1 each for per day, I wouldn’t mind but they were flat hard plastic ones that weren’t adjustable at the back and had no cushions so it’s better to just head to the beach and lay towels out.

Smaller than expected - seemed more like 45m2, side of bed against wall is awkward, bedding needed ironing, only empty duvet cover (no topsheet/blanket/duvet for cooler nights), actual pillows stained, some kitchen items (e.g. frying pan) need replacing, cleaning round shower/wc and still some smell from sewer.
