“Disappointing”
The best

Small apartment, ok if no renovation is going on there. Very noisy.

To be improved

Renovation is going on all aroundand the apartment. Every day in the morning is noisy. Hammering, drilling, workers talking. Can not open window and enjoy the place so outside the table is useless. Big truck and rubbish bin for renovation just outside the apartment.
