Modern Duplex in Sitges with Private Parking, Sea Views & Terrace

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this time it is unfortunately necessary as this bad experience partially ruined a family vacation. Hosts whose only interest is to make a profit and treating guests badly and disrespectfully, should consider doing something else. - We stayed at the property in August and the air conditioning was broken from the very first moment we arrived. Since the host never showed up, I tried to get in contact with him from day 1, both via Booking chat and phone: he communicated only with automatic replies and when I called him he was clearly bothered and almost hanged up on me. He told me he was gonna send someone to fix the problem but no one ever came and we ended up spending 10 DAYS IN AUGUST WITH NO AC, which is not pleasant at all for summer Spanish weather. On the side entrance of the house we could later see that the engine of the AC had been entirely taken out, which was surely something the owner knew prior to our arrival and did absolutely nothing about; so it was just a lie that the problem was gonna be fixed soon, as there was clearly no chance of a quick repair. - In the description it says that the parking is a free private one, which is not true as the only available space inside of the property belongs to the house next door; so you’ll need to PARKING OUTSIDE IN THE STREET. - Mattresses had some questionable spots and the bed sheets didn’t feel clean at all. No hands towels and toilet paper. - Ultimately, in the description it features an hair dryer and a number of other accessories that were never there; when we finally got in contact with the Booking support to see if they could do something about the AC problem and the other shortcomings of the property, the owner ACCUSED US OF STEALING the hairdryer!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and shameless. He was visibly not interested in offering any help and was acting very dishonestly the whole time.
