Modern Refurbished-2Bedrooms 2Baths - Salamanca

1. The most important thing: inside the flat smelled of sewer / toilet. We couldn't stand it! I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed. It's just that the whole place had a bad smell to it. We smelled it instantly, as soon as we walked in. 2. DARK!!! Practically no natural light can come in. The windows were covered with curtains. If you wanted to open a window for some fresh air, you saw an awful, ugly, small interior patio filled with tubes/pipes, etc. Perhaps they were even doing some construction because the window sills were dusty and very dirty. Remember, it's an interior old flat! Not facing the street or even near it. 3. NO full-length mirror to see yourself. 4. The overall feeling of the place was off. NOT relaxing, inviting, comforting, a feeling of happiness. 5. "Refurbished": LOL wow, I wonder how it looked before. Well, still "felt" old-fashioned to us...... Toilet flushes only OK. A bit of a plugged-up sink. One crappy flat pillow for each of us (3 PAX). Comfort of the sofa-bed, pasable. No hair-dryer. NOT worth the money! I'm sorry, but honestly that's how we feel. Next time, a hotel.....
