Modern sea front East Wind

Great location. Near to tram into Alicante or up the coast. Walking distance to local Mercadona and local shops. Apartment was spotless and well equipped and comfortable. Welcomed as we got out of taxi with good contact and offered help book taxi for return. Beach lovely and 5 mins walk. Didn’t use the pool but looked clean. On a main road but didn’t disturb or spoil the stay. We went mid Feb so some places not fully open. A few bars and restaurants near which were good, a few more would help.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views! Loved the location near the beach and within minutes of Alicante by tram with a stop over the road. A couple of local restaurants, shops and beach bars make this an ideal location if you don’t want to be in the centre of the resort, but within reach if you wish to visit.

The location and view. Very secure, safe area. Beautiful private beach steps from.the apartment. The elevated seventh floor was perfect for fresh air. Santa Faz Church and the old olive tree a short drive away. Lidl grocery store, very nice pharmacists. The tram to St Barbara right below the apartment. Great shower. The owners were great. Only 9 apartments in the modern building. The under ground parking lot is on the left side of the building. The owner will come down and open the security gate. If you have a handicapped placard. Bring it. It helps to park the car everywhere. It is accepted in the European Union. We used the handicapped space in the building. Much more room to park a small car.

Absolutely stunning views!!! Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need, including beach towels! Would highly recommend it!
