Compared to other hotels in stayed at.. there was no tea,milk just one pod of coffee. The instructions weren't the greatest and it tool me 10 mins to get out of the gate when there was a button I could have pressed which I learnt on the last day... I am not sure i would stay there again

The property was really modern, clean, and has a great location in walking distance to mainly everything in madrid. And there was also a metro station really close by for easy transportation.

To be improved

The only thing I would say is that the neighbors are extremely loud. until very late at night as well. i was okay bc i had noise cancellation headphones, but it was a bit frustrating. Had tv on blast some nights until 2am.

I myself and also with my wife travel a lot and I always try to give honest review for the sake of other travelers. Things we liked: Top location Decent value for money Very pleasant communication with the owners Room has all amenities Clean Transportation and communication lines are good Fast internet The building has an elevator

Practically no sound isolation. You feel as if you are living in the same room with next door neighbors. I didnt check, but it seems that the wall was made of paper. You literally hear them breathing, and they have their TV on whole day and night long. If you have a partner who is sensitive to sounds it can be an issue. Plus the bed is quite squeacky... The room is very small (12-14m²) and it's more for one person, because two people with two cabin bags barely fit and you live in mess of things. Unfortunately it constantly had a bad smell when we would enter after days walk. We couldn't be sure whether it was cigarettes smell from the wallpapers, or some garbage smell. It was not pleasant. It is very stuffy inside, and it can get very warm, much more than on the street. If you turn on AC it gets better, but we got sick because of it which affected our vacation.

“Great stay, better hosts.”

The best

The location was phenomenal, in the heart of Madrid and an eclectic neighborhood. The hosts were fantastic and extremely communicative. They made sure to respond to issues we had with our stay immediately and were constantly on top of making sure we were doing well.
